The reason why there is an 8 on performance on hotel staff was because we checked out on June 6th, staff personal stated we were all set but we got charged for staying an extra night on the 7th. The bed and linens were absolutely amazing! A good night's sleep each night!

The staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites was very professional and always willing to help us out if we needed questions answered or additional items for our room. When we decided to stay an extra night, they were very accommodating and made sure we could stay in the same room. The rooms were neat and clean each day and the beds are absolutely amazing! The hotel was very clean, great beds as well.

The gym was very small, 1 machine each with no time limits. Urgh!

Overall it was nice hotel; they definitely should put a time limit on their exercise machines though, or buy another one so there are not people waiting for over an hour for a machine. Front desk didn't see that as a solution ...read more

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We really had no negatives for the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast buffet was good. Not too crazy about the sausage but otherwise good. The pool area was clean and not crowded. Of course we were not there in season.
